參與同學完整簽到、簽退，並於活動結束後兩週內完成日誌填寫者，可認列服務學習課程時數 4 小時，限額 40 名。

報名方式
- 至 Portal 報名本活動。
- 請於 115／05／04（一）前至人社院 5511 辦公室繳交材料費新臺幣 100 元。
未於期限內繳交材料費者，視同放棄資格，主辦單位將於 Portal 取消報名。
錄取順序以完成材料費繳交為準，正取及備取皆可繳交材料費。

Participating students will receive 4 hours of service learning credit. Participation is limited to 40 students. Students must complete sign-in and sign-out procedures and submit the logbook within two weeks after the event.

Registration
- Sign up through Portal.
- Pay the material fee of NT$100 at Office 5511 by 2026.05.04.
If the material fee is not paid by the deadline , the registration will be cancelled through Portal.
Registration priority is determined by the completion of the material fee payment. Students on the waiting list may also complete the payment in advance.
