★ 參與同學提供服務學習課程時數 5 小時，限額 40 名。（需完整簽到退並於活動後兩週完成日誌填寫）

• 至 Portal 報名此活動。
• 10/13（一）前至人社院 5511 辦公室繳交保證金 100 元。
• * 未於期限內繳交保證金者視同放棄資格，主辦單位將於 Portal 取消報名。
• * 報名錄取順序以完成繳交保證金為主，正備取皆可繳交保證金。

提醒事項

• 當天不提供餐點，同學可自行在淡水用餐。

★ Participating students will be provided with 5 hours of service learning program, limited to 40 participants. (Those who sign in and out in full and complete the logbook two weeks after the event)

Ways of Registration

• Go to Portal to sign up for this program.
• Pay the deposit of NT$100 by 10/13 at the office of 5511.
• * If you do not pay the deposit by the deadline, you are considered disqualified and will be canceled by the organizer through Portal.
• * The order of registration is based on the completion of the deposit, and the deposit can be paid even if you are on standby.

Reminders

• Meals will not be provided on that day; students can dine on their own in Tamsui.
• The activity will be conducted in Chinese.
