Wei-Jen Chen is the editor-in-chief of MilkyWay Creative Publishing House, the Founder of MilkyWay Books, and jointly Appointed Assistant Professor in the PhD Program in Cultural Industries and Cultural Policy Program and the College of General Studies at Yuan Ze University.
Summary｜
Bookbinding represents the frontline of communication between the author and the reader-consumer and is also key to determining the fate of a book. How designers translate the content, understand the needs of all parties, and act as their spokesperson is a crucial aspect of the reading industry chain, making it a topic well worth discussing.
